Start with corridor needs
Recruit lawyers where demand is likely: Turkey-Germany, Turkey-Netherlands, EU cross-border, UK-US, and other high-signal corridors. Each lawyer should match real task categories.
Verify and educate
Onboarding should cover identity, admission, profile accuracy, response expectations, conflict discipline, direct fees, confidentiality, and close-out reporting. A verified profile should mean operational readiness.
Keep the first group small
A smaller group of active lawyers is easier to support and measure. The first success metric should be completed tasks, not total registrations.
Manual onboarding is not inefficient at the start. It is how the marketplace earns the right to scale.
